The purpose of this blog is to document my experiments in whole foods plant based living. Vegan and vegetarian cooking, endurance training, racing, and health are the main subjects. I have learned much in the past few years, and keep learning more each day. I needed to organize it and put it down somewhere, so here it is. People often wonder how I can possibly eat this way living in this world. I honestly don’t find it that difficult. It is often easier and cheaper than the way I used to cook and eat. So I hope that the lessons I have learned can be useful for others as they try to improve their own health and happiness.
